I am in Cinco de Mayo mode around here, I tell ya!  Mexican food, tequila drinks, hanging out with friends… it’s been fun!   On Monday I shared my tips for an easy Cinco de Mayo Girls’ Night In, and that I asked friends to bring an appetizer or a dessert to the party.
